Join Butterfly Conservation at Selkirk Deer Park for their northern brown argus training workshop to learn how to identify and record the Northern Brown Argus butterfly – one of Scotland’s rarest and most threatened species. Deer Park is a wonderful site containing species-rich grassland and one of the best Northern Brown Argus populations in the area. During the event, we will look at both butterflies and wild flowers and learn about the conservation grazing taking place from Biodiversity Officer, Lisa McLeish. Beginners are welcome.
