Patricia joined TWIC in October 2024 as a part-time Ecological Data Processor. She holds a BSc in Biological Sciences with Ecology Honours, and an MSc in Ecology, Evolution and Biodiversity from the University of Edinburgh. Her main field of interest is the effect of anthropogenic change on biodiversity trends.

Patricia’s role at TWIC is to provide efficient and accurate processing of biological records into TWIC’s Recorder 6 database and to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data, including species validation and verification. She also contributes to the planning and running of TWIC workshops and public events.

Patricia’s normal working days are Monday and Wednesday.
