Recording excursions provide opportunities for group recording, skills sharing and generate wildlife records for local sites.
Priority is usually given to under-recorded areas or sites of regional or local importance for their biodiversity such as Local Biodiversity Sites.
Most meetings are general outings, meaning that we will record whatever species we can competently identify! Some outings target recording of certain taxa or are joint events with other local recording groups or natural history societies. Details of upcoming excursions are available on our events page.
